long elevator wait

the big space and nice bathrooms with good water pressure
terrible wait for the elevator and our rooms wifi never worked, stains all over the carpet and zero toilet paper and asked for some and never got brought any. for 2,000 and paying the cleaning fees I feel like we should have stocked up items and no crumbs on the floor and found toys under the couch.
everything else was ok.

The size and space was very accommodating.
The elevators were horrible. There wasn’t a view of the beach as stated.
