Remodeled and Beautifully Furnished Condo, located directly across from the beach with a short walk to the sand. Lake town Wharf offers THE Resort style vacation, from the five unique pools, 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, covered parking, miniature golf, an on-site market/bistro, on-site dining options and flexible meeting spaces for conferences, to weddings and other group functions. There is really no reason to leave, other than the beach experience you can find across the street.
Phenomenal setting offering panoramic views you cannot find anywhere else, heated pools, kiddie pools. Vegas style fountain show every night, you can enjoy from the privacy of your own balcony!
The unit is very spacious, offering 3 large bedrooms. The main master has a very large en suite bathroom, private balcony overlooking the Vegas style Fountain show that plays every night and an extremely comfortable bed. The bunk area is located in its own nook, where kiddos can enjoy some game time on their own.
The unit has a full size washer and dryer, so you never run out of fresh towels.

Great place, clean view off the balcony was beautiful! Walk to the beach. Only issue was buying parking at the resort, that should be included. That was an extra 132.00 for 3 nights. Otherwise I will definitely stay there again! Loved it!

The vacation rental was clean.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

The condo itself was great....normal wear and tear. There also was mold in the master shower along with a fist size hole covered by a picture. The garbage disposal didn’t work and had food sitting in it that you could see from looking in the sink. The washing mashing was filled with mold and the dryer broke about 4 of our swim suits somehow. Some of the walls also looked there was either water damage or something was sprayed or leaked. Also, we could watch anything on most of the tvs and the some of the remotes didn’t even have batteries in them. It is near the parking garage which was great and being on the 4th floor you didn’t have to wait long in the elevator.

Very nice cozy area. Beautiful view from our balcony. The room was as listed. Only thing the receptionist had an attitude and was not polite. But other than that it was an excellent stay and my brother and his friends and family had fun. Will we plan another stay ? Well of course!
