Guests enjoy secure covered parking and a covered walkway to the building, with access to four large modern elevators. Remodeled and Beautifully Furnished Condo, located directly across from the beach with a short walk to the sand. Lake town Wharf offers THE Resort style vacation, from the five unique pools, 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, covered parking, miniature golf, an on-site market/bistro, on-site dining options and flexible meeting spaces for conferences, to weddings and other group functions. There is really no reason to leave, other than the beach experience you can find across the street.
Phenomenal setting offering panoramic views you cannot find anywhere else, heated pools, kiddie pools. Vegas style fountain show every night, you can enjoy from the privacy of your own balcony!
The unit is very spacious, offering 3 large bedrooms. The main master has a very large en suite bathroom, private balcony overlooking the Vegas style Fountain show that plays every night and an extremely comfortable bed. The bunk area is located in its own nook, where kiddos can enjoy some game time on their own.
The unit has a full size washer and dryer, so you never run out of fresh towels.

We live staying at Laketown Wharf. The check in process was smooth. The condo was in perfect condition and prime location. 10/10 recommend!

Overall, this is a good property and worked well for our family of eight. The unit is spacious, and the location is excellent with easy access to the beach, pool, and other amenities.A few things to be aware of before booking:* The laundry facilities could be cleaner, especially considering they are shared by many families.* Bring extra essentials like bath towels and toilet paper, as the provided supply may not be sufficient for longer stays.* The front door doesn’t latch tightly, so you may hear wind whistling at night, along with some noise from people walking by.* The air conditioning can be fairly loud when running.* The primary bedroom does not have blackout curtains, so expect the room to get bright early in the morning.* If you need maintenance during your stay, keep in mind that service is only available during daytime hours.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and knowing these small details ahead of time would have helped us prepare better.

Great place, clean view off the balcony was beautiful! Walk to the beach. Only issue was buying parking at the resort, that should be included. That was an extra 132.00 for 3 nights. Otherwise I will definitely stay there again! Loved it!
