Everything was wonderful. Masa is such a lovely host, helpful and thoughtful. The apartment was a great space to spend a few days in Matsumoto as a family of four. Firstly, the apartment has a good amount of space for the four of us particularly with a toilet separate to the bathroom. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well kept and tastefully decorated. Simple touches like fragrance diffusers and welcome snacks and water were lovely. The tatami room was cosy and clean. The location was great for us, about a 15 minute flat easy walk from the station. It was right next to Aeon shopping centre which offered a range of shops and eateries. It was very close to Ishii miso brewery and the Matsumoto museum of art and an easy walk to Nawate Street and Matsumoto castle. The washing machine/heat pump dryer combination made packing light and washing clothes very easy. Highly recommend this apartment :)

Spacious and well equipped, right across the car park from Aeon Mall - great proximity to amenities and shopping

Not a dislike but just a warning to people that it’s a walk up.

L'hôte avait tout parfaitement préparé, et cela même au dernier moment, car nous avons fait la réservation le soir même. L'appartement est très joli, très bien équipé, par loin du centre ville. Possibilité d'un très bon petit déjeuner et très bon café à la boulangerie en bas de l'immeuble. Matsumoto est une belle ville à découvrir, nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir.
