The location. The bedrooms and bed and the facilities. The nice touch of basket goodies. The amenities. The host was very kind and had put thought into providing even salt and pepper shakers and toothpicks, the tiny touches of decor and pleasantness of place.
The door knobs were rusty, didn't wish to touch them! No wiping cloth for tables and bench tops.

Enclosed back yard and timber floors for pets. Very clean. Wonderfull appliances in kitchen. Central heating. Airport nearby. Good communication from owner. Lovely gift basket on arrival.
Nothing really.

Location was fantastic, so close to the main rail system into Sydney (35 min trip into CBD) and close to the domestic airport terminal.
Lack of tea towels (non) and bathroom hand and face towels (non). Not a major issue but would of made stay better.
