Location was amazing and walking was close to everything.

The spa- hot tube shower situation. One wrong turn of the water activated the jets and a powerful 10 L of water shoots across the room!

Location was very convenient for exploring Nice. Host was responsive. The room was tidy when I arrived and there was a fan to help with the heat. Kitchen was supplied with things to prepare a simple meal and the mini-fridge is spacious.

It can be hard to see the numbers on the lockbox even during the day, so you have to be very careful retrieving the keys - use a flashlight or your phone to see clearly. There are instructions in English and French on how to avoid issues with jets of water flooding the room. I did not have this issue, but I did not try to fill up the tub. There is only the tub, but it is possible to use the extendable showerhead to take a normal shower. Unfortunately, water leaked from beneath the tub each time. Halfway through my stay, I started seeing small roaches at night or early in the morning.
