Bardzo komfortowy i duży domek w spokojnej willowej dzielnicy, kameralny i niedaleko od komunikacji do centrum Krakowa. - pociąg, tramwaje. Nowocześnie urządzony, ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami.
Przydałaby się chociaż woda na start i jakiś prezent powitalny coś do przegryzienia - przyjechałam późno, gdy sklepy były już zamknięte.

Our stay in this house in Krakow was disappointing and, more importantly, unsafe. One of the dining chairs had broken legs, and when one of our guests sat on it, the chair collapsed instantly. He fell hard on his back and could have been seriously injured. We notified the agency immediately, but they never apologized, and didn’t do anything to address the situation. Shockingly, after checkout, I was even charged for this broken chair, which was already damaged before our arrival.
The overall condition of the property was unacceptable. The house was dirty at check-in — dusty floors, unclean surfaces — and we had to vacuum the entire place ourselves. The pillowcases were too small for the pillows, which the host had folded in half to make them fit. The oven handle was broken, the underfloor heating in the bathroom didn’t work, and the shower water repeatedly turned cold.
The entrance gate lock couldn’t be opened from inside, which was highly inconvenient and unsafe; each time we wanted to leave, we had to open the large car gate to exit, then open the pedestrian entrance from the outside. The house was cold, insects were crawling in the bathrooms, there was a sewer smell, and the wooden floors were warped and easy to trip over. The view from the window included an old trailer and a bus belonging to the owner, parked directly on the property.
Throughout our stay, we contacted the agency several times, but none of the issues were ever fixed. The owner, who appeared once, simply said “that’s how things are” and redirected us back to the agency.
What is most frustrating is that the house actually could be nice. The layout is good and the renovation was done thoughtfully. However, the lack of willingness to maintain the property — combined with a complete indifference toward providing a comfortable stay for guests — results in a place where you can only stay if you clean everything yourself and accept that a lot of the equipment does not work.
