Lovely private annexe with en-suite, kitchen area & off street parking. Comfortable bed & great facilities.
The only negative was the en-suite did not have a privacy blind, only privacy glass & the shower is visible from outside when the light is on. This is one of the best B&Bs we have stayed in.

Totally adorable little annexe with everything we could possibly need and more. So much thought seems to have gone into every detail! Location was great for us, and the owner was lovely and so helpful. We were genuinely impressed with this super little find and will definitely be back! Thank you!
As true Ipswich Town fans, we weren’t so keen on the green sheets and towels! 🤣 But we loved our stay so much we overlooked them 😂
