Apartamento Vista Azul: Vistas Panorámicas al Mar

The location - sea front - was perfect! The apartment was beautiful, with large rooms, comfortable beds, a fantastic balcony and all mod cons.

The keypad lock broke and it took us more than an hour to enter the apartment. I was travelling with my two elderly aunts, who found the waiting around in the heat very difficult. None of the phone numbers of the emergency contacts were working. I ended up calling the company’s office in Madrid. That person (reluctantly) contacted the local people to let them know I needed help. It was a Saturday and they said it was those peoples’ day off. If that’s the case, then they should not let apartments on a Saturday or a Sunday. Once I had managed to get in, we waited another four hours for someone to come and fix the lock on the door. The showers are not as powerful as we hoped. If you have long, thick hair, it’s hard to rinse out shampoo properly. In the en suite, the other attachment has a stronger spray but did not have a bracket, it could only be hand held.
