The key collection was simple and convenient. The host met me at the property as arranged, and the check-in process was quick and straightforward.
The television did not work during the stay. I informed the host, but no effective assistance or solution was provided. Communication was also inconsistent: before arrival, the host agreed to help place a birthday cake in the apartment and recommended a bakery, but after I made the arrangements, she did not follow through and i had to arrange taxi delivery myself. Considering the total price of €1,292.20 for seven nights, we expected better support and value.
