Here, you can relax on the private sun deck or enjoy the large balcony, which gets sun all day long and a refreshing sea breeze. We hope you have a relaxing and memorable stay by the Mediterranean. Welcome!
The Accommodation
The apartment is located two flights of stairs up and is bright and pleasant throughout, with modern furnishings and a fresh, clean feel, complete with all amenities.
One master bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and a sofa bed for an extra guest.
The balcony and sun terrace on the upper level are the highlights of the apartment, perfect for peaceful mornings and sunny days. With cooling AC, a newly renovated bathroom, a washing machine, and a well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for short or extended stays.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment, with the exception of a few storage cabinets. Private balcony and terrace, shared fenced-in pool area for residents only.
Other things to note
Just outside the gate is a lovely, large pool reserved exclusively for residents of the building.
