The location is convenient, very close to the central station and the city hall. The apartment is as advertised, very clean, spacious, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood is safe and calm. Really enjoyed my stay there.

It was close to a tram stop and the kitchen was very good and not a kitchenet, a full kitchen. There were supermarkets and bakery nearby. The staff answered my questions each time patiently.
トラムの駅から徒歩圏内で、近くにスーパー数軒とパン屋もあり便利でした。キッチンはフルキッチンで、思ったより使い勝手が良かったです。
毎回質問に丁寧に答えてくださいました。
The luggage room was a bit different to use, but other guest helped us. I am not good at smartphones or applications, and it was hard to get to used to typing codes.
荷物部屋が分かりにくく、別のゲストの人に助けてもらいました。スマホやアプリが苦手で、コード入力など難しかったです。

Tiene una buena ubicación y el barrio es muy bonito.
Fue la tercera vez que me hospedé ahí, pero ésta vez no fue una buena experiencia. Había muy pocos utensilios de cocina, solo un sartén y estaba sucio. Las persianas no funcionan bien y hay que acomodarlas manualmente. La televisión se apagaba a cada rato. Algo muy importante: No cuenta con rampas de acceso, por lo que debes cargar tu equipaje por los escalones de la entrada dentro y fuera del edificio.

"It was very cozy and clean, warm and comfortable. It has everything that’s needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Beds were soft a very good sleep! Over all it was nice !"
