8 / 10Excellent·Aug 2026

It was very clean and close to the Ikebukuro Station, less than five minutes walking. I was close to many shops and restaurants. The host was very kind, and provided all the information needed on arrival, and also answered quickly to my questions. Amazing cost benefit. We were in 3 adults and it fit just fine!
If some items were added to the apartment, it would be very nice, like a broom and a waste bin on the bathroom, for things other than the toilet paper. In longer stays it would help keeping the place clean.

The price was good, close walk to station
Hard to find with the address given not in English. And very slow response time when we were struggling to get in as it’s more like an air bnb as you need to access a lock to get the key. Beds were very hard and just felt very run down
