The location is good - you can literally start your hikes from here. It has all the facilities one needs.
The property level of cleanliness needs to significantly improve. There's black mould on skirting boards in pretty much every room apart from bathroom. I also met a cockroach on the last evening - presumably coming from the basement.
I understand this is a mountain village and I did not expect five star hotel experience - but mould is not acceptable.

Πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα, ζεστό για το χειμώνα, με όλες τις παροχές, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο του Λιτόχωρου, άνετο σαν το σπίτι μας! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!! :)

Wszystko w najlepszym porządku. Bardzo miły i sympatyczny właściciel. Blisko do centrum gdzie są restauracje i sklepy, dodatkowo sklep za budynkiem. Miejsce parkingowe za zamykaną bramą. Polecam jak najbardziej. Obiekt jest nowy, byliśmy pierwszymi osobami, które wynajęły ten apartament.
