Everything. Location, decoration, accomodation, breakfast but especially the kindness and welcoming of staff

Warm welcome from Nicole, who provided a helpful list of local restaurants, cafés, and things to do. We also appreciated the free upgrade to a larger cozy room. Central location for exploring the city and hiking on the slopes of Mount Olympus; comfortable bed and pillow and everything we needed for a one-night stay. Breakast with a lot of options.
More privacy would have been appreciated, as the room was right next to the reception and the door and the window opened onto the breakfast area tables.

The room was new, very clean, and comfortable, with a wonderful bathroom. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was good. The people were kind—immediately upon arrival, the hostess welcomed us warmly and quickly gave us recommendations for restaurants and hiking routes.
We really loved the warm welcome. There was parking right by the place, it was close to the city center within walking distance, and near Olympus. Everything was perfect.

Frankly the propoerty is poorly oriented. It is a shame to be staying at the foothills of Greece's highest montain and have no view of the mountain at all. Although the central courtyard was tastefully arranged and decorated, it didn't make up for the lack of light and views in the rooms. I must admit that the manager of the property was incredibly helpful and 'upgraded' me to a much bigger room (and a quieter one too) than the one i had been originally given. Even this however is not one I would warmly recommend.
