The accommodation was very nice and exactly as expected. The owner was very kind and helpful, giving us clear directions and explaining everything we needed to know about the house. There were a few simple and reasonable house rules to follow, which was absolutely fine. The location is not very close to the main attractions in Pisa, but we easily got around using electric scooters and bicycles. Late in the evening, we also took a taxi from the train station to the accommodation, which cost around €13. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The property is nicely arranged, comfortable, and well maintained, and the owner was very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The only downsides were in the bathroom. The shower tray filled up quickly, causing some water to spill onto the floor. We also noticed a few small insects in the bathroom in the evening, possibly coming from the drain or wall edges. These were minor issues, but worth mentioning.

Ottima posizione, si trova facilmente parcheggio (ma la mattina è a pagamento).
