The location was great. All facilities provided and layout of the accommodation were spot on and it was very clean. The host was very communicative and helpful. We didn't have any issues parking as seen in other comments.
There were some minor maintenance issues which didn't affect our stay. It would have been nice to have a shower in the main bathroom and blinds on the bathroom windows, even though they are frosted we felt a bit exposed and they let the light in.

The property was well kitted out on the whole, but needed more hanging facilities in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. These rooms were lacking in basic amenities such as mirrors, coat hangers in the wardrobes etc. The master suite with the ensuite bathroom was well furnished and very comfortable.
There is no parking, despite it saying there is. More often than not, I had to park a long way down Newton Road and carry the bags to the property, not ideal when you first arrive. Although the accommodation was comfortable, it felt very dark in the kitchen and lounge area, could do with a bit of brightening up :-)
