Very cute and clean.
Shame the agency ruins this for the owner. No personal touches, not so much as a tea bag. The only thing they provide is stuff to make sure you clean 😂. I received 19 emails from time of booking that were all repeating info, however when I messaged to say the heating wasn’t working they took 4 days to get back to me, by which time I had left.

Excellent location for visiting my family and central to the village. Ping pong table in the garage is a great addition.
Sadly no gated courtyard area to let the dog outside but we had not expected to have this.

Perfect location in the beautiful village of Great Ayton. Very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and we found the property nice and clean on arrival. Parking not a problem. Bonus having Table Tennis!
