Absolute disaster, stay away
It was close to the city center I guess.
To start off, the whole building is like an abandoned soviet hotel from 1978, and upon arrival you are greeted by a miasma of despair. There is no reception or staff that I could tell.
They gave me the wrong number for the key retrieval, and when messaging them to get the correct one, I got no response, so I had to guess it outright. On the day of arrival, they said that the room we booked was not available, and that they would give us a bigger room (it was not bigger). It looked nothing like the pictures, which a heater that had wires sticking out, a small, uncomfortable sofa, and 2 double bunk beds in the hallway. One of the windows was blowing cold air in to the face of one of my friends all night.
There were no towels or linens of any kind provided, so for the first night we had to sleep using the dirty duvets and pillows directly. They say that they mentioned that the towels and linens cost extra in the initial correspondence, but that part was written IN FRENCH. No soap of any kind, or any place to store our skis (if we ended up staying long enough for that). You would have to drag those skis at least 150 meters just within the hotel itself, because I didn't see any storage anywhere.
When I booked the hotel back in November, the 20 reviews were all 8+, which I am guessing were bot accounts, and that they re-upload this listing every year. We got out of there after the first night because we too late to find one on the day, and rebooked with a great hotel in Les Meinures for the remainder of our stay, which cost roughly the same per night.
We tried to get a partial refund of some kind, but the hotel still refuses to respond to us, and Booking.com won't do anything about getting money back to us, even partially. I've had 4 calls with them, and it's apparently up to the hotel to get us any money back, which why would they at this point??? I wouldn't send my worst enemy into this dump, I just want to forget this place ever existed.

Do not book this apartment
Location
We did not receive sheets and towels although we paid for them and called 10 times. Each time we were promised we will get them in a couple of minutes. Finally when we received them a day later, we received only for 4 people although we were 5 people. Apartment was tiny much more than in photos. Horrible sofa bed. Cannot be slept on. Very dirty apartment.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet établissement et malheureusement l’expérience a été plus que décevante.
Nous n’avons eu aucune eau chaude pendant tout le séjour, malgré nos nombreuses demandes. Personne n’est intervenu pour régler le problème durant les trois jours.
La propreté était plus que douteuse, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus désagréable.
Nous avons sollicité une compensation étant donné les désagréments importants, mais l’établissement ne répond jamais, malgré les relances quotidiennes de notre part et de Booking.
Un manque total de sérieux et de professionnalisme. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet établissement.

We hebben geen lakens gekregen de eerste dag. Na 20 keer bellen en 5 verschillende personen aan de lijn gehad te hebben, dan toch eindelijk na 32 uur iets gekregen. Ook stonden de borden en glazen vies in de kast toen we aankwamen.

Un fiasco , un calvaire

Logement très très sal, très petit on ne peut même pas fermer les toilettes car les jambes sortes , appartement en très très mauvaise état , les matelas si on peut appeler sa des matelas était très fin et nous on fais très mal au dos, le bruit des appartements autours un fiasco, franchement je ne comprends pas comment on peut louer à ce prix là ce genre d’appartement ou plutôt une CAVE!!! L’odeur est désagréable, la douche est dans un état pitoyable , ce genre de location devrait être interdite ! Ne faites pas la même erreur que moi et ne louez pas cet appartement. Toute la résidence est dans le même état , il y a que des jeunes de moin de 25 ans .

Lo unico, la ubicacion, la distribución y la terraza, con vistas a la estación y las montañas.
No recomiendo alojarse en este apartamento, a pesar de que su ubicacion es exelente. El sky room no tenia cerradura, por lo que hemos tenido que guardar los esquís dentro del apartamento, que es muy pequeño. Nos alojamos una familia de 5, y solo había 3 sillas, una rota. No contaba con utensilios de cocina y comedor (para hacer cómoda l estancia (por ejemplo, solo habían 4 cuchillos). A pesar de informar a la agencia en dos ocasiones, no recibimos siquiera una respuesta.
Las almohadas están gastadisimas y el sofá cama es viejo y muy incómodo, lo que hace que sea imposible dormir bien y no levantarse con dolor de espalda. Tampoco estaba todo lo limpio que debería.
Una pena, porque la distribución del apartamento está bien, y la ubicación es excelente. También los electrodomésticos son correctos.

Personne du service réservation polie et aimable mais n'ayant rien pu faire !
Le reste de l'appartement était catastrophique pour un logement en famille pour noël avec mes enfants : odeur de cigarette forte et persistante ! A croire que les précédents locataires avaient imbibés les murs et coussins ... Etat du logement pas top du tout et ménage catastrophique : les photos de présentations sont clairement trompeuses. J'ai des photos réactualisées si besoin ! Il manquait de la vaisselle également. Le sèche serviette était arraché du mur et posé par terre. Il est impossible qu'il y ait eu un état des lieux car un logement pareil n'aurait pas pu être remis en location !
Le détecteur de fumée a été enlevé.

Extrem Schmutzige Wohnung
Die lage war super aber das war auch das einzige
Das Zimmer sah nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos.
Überall war es dreckig und staubig, die Küche und die Geräte waren so dreckig das man nicht damit kochen kann.
Auf der Toilette hat es Schimmel und den ersten Tag hatten wir nichtmal warmes Wasser in der Wohnung.
Das Ausziehsofa ist extrem unbequem so dass wir kaum darauf schlafen konnten und die Bettdecken haben braune flecken drau richtig ecklig......
Die Fensterscheibe ist zerbrochen und wurde nur mit ein wenig Klebeband geflickt....
Zusammengefasst eine Frechheit für 750.- man sollte dieses Inserat sofort aus booking entfernen denn so etwas geht gar nicht
Zudem ist die Wohnung so klein vorallem wenn das Sofa ausgezogen ist das man sich kaum darin bewegen kann, total das flasche für einen Skiurlaub

Pas de chauffage en hiver
Rapport qualité prix , l appartement était bien dommage qu il n y avait pas de chauffage dans la chambre
Pas de chauffage dans la chambre, ma fille a du dormir avec nous sur le canapé lit. De plus, j ai alerté le service client dès que nous sommes arrivés pour les prévenir que le chauffage ne marchait pas, heureusement que le chauffage de la salle de bain et du salon fonctionnait. Avoir un chauffage qui ne marche pas à cette période c est inadmissible. Pour le service client, soit disant les chauffages avaient été testé avant notre arrivé et ils fonctionnaient. Ma bonne foi est mis en doute , ils verront bien le retour des prochains loctaires et que si ils sont honnêtes ils reviendront vers moi. Ce que je trouve dommage c est que personne ne peut vérifier nos dire. Aucune personne sur place en cas de problème.
Pour les lits, on a pas testé vu que pas de chauffage et que à 3 sur le canapé lit car pas le choix , on n' a pas super bien dormi

Juste c’était bien parce que s’était au pied des pistes
Le chauffage marche presque pas on a eu froid les deux nuits, il ne précise pas qu’il n’y a ni serviette ni drap donc obliger de payer des supplément qui ajoute plus de 50 euro à la somme alors qu’on était que deux. Ensuite appartement un peu sale couette très sale poussière et plein de tache.
