Would not stay here again. Disappointed with the communication from staff (check in took almost 30 minutes despite being prepaid). Can hear every single word spoken by your neighbors and out in the corridors.

Very basic room but that was reflected in the price when compared with other apartments. Although from my balcony I could see into some other apartments that looked much nicer

Bed very uncomfortable, weren't an yo towels or bedding in the room when we arrived, have to hoover room before you leave. Great location though and nice spa (for additional spend)

Great location. The accommodation is very basic, much more like a hostel than a hotel but has ski in and ski out facilities and is right at the heart of Val Throens. The rooms have basic cooking facilities, microwave and dishwasher. You have to make your own beds and towels are provided. There is no luggage room on site, so you need to factor this in to your ski plans. The on site restaurant is good and serves breakfast between 7.30 - 10. There is also an on-site supermarket with everything you need. The hotel also benefits from on site ski hire. There is a multi storey car park down the road, prices are reasonable and easily within walking distance. So not a problem if you hire a car.

Perfect location, inexpensive, and friendly staff. Extremely minimalist, they require you to clean the entire hotel before leaving and trash bins are a far away outside and down the road.

An on-slide ski resort. Complete appartments with new kitchen. Only 1 WC paper roll. Not problem with that but noticed. Very noise. Young guys partying every day at the appartment next to you (It is usual). Wanna party? Book. Wanna ski? Check another one.

Hotel location is great for skiing but that's the only good thing. The room wasn't cleaned well and many things were broken or missing. WiFi didn't work at all. Revelries every night. Newer part is better but the old part is terrible.

Like many have written before me, it is all about having the right expectations before arriving at this hotel. I spent New Years (one of the most expensive time of years) at this hotel in a room that was for up to 4 persons. I booked it alone for myself so in terms of size, it is fine for one or two persons. I would not suggest it for more than 4 unless you are a group of students or going for a low-budget stay. If you are looking for cheap and cheery, this is your place. It is located fantastically. I had absolutely no problem with any of the staff. Wireless access was available and while not free, it wasnt too pricey. The apartment was clean. As a person who stays in hotels every week for business, this is not a city-stay hotel but rather a dorm-like studio for those who want to ski, spend time out in one of the many bars, restaurants. I would recommend it to anyone who doesnt have high expectations but still want a simple, clean, easy place to stay.

The hotel was basic, situated in a very good location. Room was clean and provided everything we needed, staff were helpful and freindly. Overall very good value for money i would recomend this hotel.

First appearance from the outside looked OK, but inside the hotel corridors had dirty carpets and looked very old. The walls had marks all over them, the fire doors where scraped and paint falling off. Glass panels in all the doors where cracked the lifts had graffiti scrawled in them. In simple terms it looked run down. We had to make our own beds up when we arrived all the dirty laundry was left in the corridors for 1 day, we had to empty our bins and at the end of the holiday we had to strip our own beds and clean the room. To make another point there was no room service while we where there. We also had to buy our own toilet paper as none was supplied. The hotel bar was not usable due to the smell of stale beer and was not clean. This place did not feel like a 3 star rating as stated on the web site. The only good point is about the restaurant which was good value for money.
