Great location in town with good views up to mountains. Nice and warm. Ski locker on ground floor.

Kitchen area is a bit cramped but typical of small apartments. Awkward layout of living area with sofa facing bunk beds.

This was a great spot for my first visit to Val Thorens. I really appreciated the apartment’s central location—close to the bus station, easy to find, and not too difficult to reach even with luggage. There’s also a convenient store just across the street for basic food and essentials, which was a nice bonus. For the price, it offered decent value. I especially enjoyed standing on the balcony and taking in the beautiful mountain views. The host communicated clearly and provided straightforward check-in instructions, which made the arrival process smooth.

Check-in time was quite late, and I had never encountered a rental where towels and bedsheets weren’t included. That said, the listing does clearly outline these details in advance for guests.

Location good for access to slopes, gondola, Leisure Centre, Supermarkets and ski bus/bus station. Size of apartment good for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of hot water and heating. Sufficient kitchen equipment including kettle, coffee maker, microwave and small oven.

Upper Bunk bed joints appeared fragile. Thankfully didn’t need to use it. Although plenty of electric sockets, some were loose in the wall. The shower head holder needs replacing as the shower head points to the wall making it difficult to have a proper shower. No toilet paper or washing up liquid provided and only one bin bag left for the week. Perhaps a privacy curtain across the bunk bed area would be useful.
