6th floor apartment facing south of 58m2

Old house as often known in France. Perfectly located.Appartement itself much newer and nicely renovated. Still much too small for 8-10 people. We were 5. That fitted well. Last directions for keys and address from the owner just in French. Previous communicationfast and English.

But more information needed - particularly you need to bring your own linen or hire it at Loc Linge during business hours.

The apartment location is really great in Val Thorens, and the apartment is really nice too

Apartment itself was in an ideal location and suited our group of 8 adults fine. Slightly small communal areas but manageable throughout the week. There was poor communication from the owner before the stay, no information regarding location of apartment, what was/wasn't included in apartment, check-in process etc. This was only provided when asked for and slow replies were common. Following the stay we were told we owed an additional charge for cleaning due to the apartment not being ready for guests when we left. The photos provided by the owner, admittedly showed some signs of use such as a pair of forgotten socks behind a bed and one small bin with a few items left in it, but nothing that any owner wouldn't expect to have to provide a quick clean once quests left. This owner expects to complete absolutely no cleaning between guests, citing that the beds weren't made suggesting that bed covers aren't washed between guests, something that is completely unacceptable in my eyes. If you wish to stay in this apartment ensure you are a professional cleaner and pray that the previous occupants were also professional cleaners as no cleaning will be done by the host between guests.
