location was great and a very beautiful beach area with close access to local shops and restaurants. Off the main road and very peaceful. The condo was nicely furnished and very comfortable with lots of room. They did also have a closet with access to a few beach toys and a cooler - we didn't use it during this stay but it was nice of them to have it along with the other books and games.
The parking was very tight but manageable. The hot tub didn't seem to be working very well (it was warm, but we could not figure out how to get it any warmer and jets wouldn't stay on). the hot tub also could have been cleaned out a little better, but the kids enjoyed it and it wasn't a deal breaker. If they had access to a skimmer I would have been happy to skim the hot tub - it just got grass and debris from the wind and climbing in and out, etc. There were a few small things that would be easy fixes to make it a little more aesthetically pleasing - but again nothing that would make me not rent from them again.
