About this house rental
Located at Mid Beach. 20 minute drive to historic Savannah. 15 minute drive to Oatland Island Animal exhibit. Tybee Island has allot to offer, including a Lighthouse with amazing views, pier and pavilion for fishing, 7 miles of beach, fishing and dolphin excursions, bike trails, holiday parades, shopping and great Restaurants. The townhouse is Walking distance to restaurants, park with tennis and beach. Views of the ocean from both decks. Two master bedrooms, full kitchen, 3 story, open floor plan, 3 full baths, across the street from the beach. This townhouse has everything you need to have a wonderful beach vacation. Rent bikes or bring your own and store them in the garage.

Amazing location. Lots of space. Could use a few minor updates in terms of appliance, tv, etc. But it did rain when we were there, probably wouldn't have noticed these things otherwise!

We stayed at this property for four nights and my wife and I were very pleased with the location and size of the property. The only reason this review is 3 stars is due to the fact that we found a dead roach inside a bathroom cabinet.
I reached out to the owner who assured me the property would be treated the next day as we were leaving that day anyways.
The location of the condo and the beach nearby were amazing and the lady that I got the keys from was very helpful!
