Condo is located just steps from the pool and beach access. Large Master Bedroom has ocean view. Located mid island near Memorial Park that has playground, tennis and volleyball. Secure, covered parking garage for 2 vehicles with one assigned spot near elevator.

The ocean view was beautiful from the condo, however the side 'rails' of patio were concrete that blocked the view while sitting. Some comfortable furniture on the patio would have been wonderful. The pool was closed while we were there due to a deck being added to the pool. The linens and bathrooms were clean, which I appreciated, but the carpet needed a good shampoo cleaning and the floors and baseboards were not clean. Overall, if something is going to be dirty, I was glad it was only the floors. It was good enough for the week we spent there, but for the price I was expecting something a little nicer.
