Labai gera lokacija, viskas patogiau pasiekiama. Name yra parduotuvėlė. Patogu gyventi daugiau žmonių, yra atskirų erdvių.

Gera vieta, švaru, tvarkinga, naujai įrengta virtuvė, vonios kambarys, yra visa reikalinga įranga.
Nėra jokios garso izoliacijos tarp kambarių, atrodo, kad visa patalpa yra viena. Vieno kambario antrame pusaukštyje lango erdvė dalinai uždengta spintelės durimis, stiklų nėra. Nėra televizoriaus. Patalpos yra pirmame aukšte, ant langų pagrindiniame kambaryje nebuvo užuolaidų (renkantis patalpas pateiktose nuotraukose jos yra), teko kabinti paklodę ant lango, kad galima būtų saugiai būti įjungus šviesą ir iš lauko nesimatytų.
