Mayfair's Luxurious Gem with Terrace

The air conditioner in my apartment is not cooling properly, and it is leaking water.

Everything about this stay was excellent. The host was very welcoming, responsive, and accommodating. They kindly allowed me to store my luggage about 4 hours before check-in, which was very helpful. The apartment itself was very clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. The terrace was a standout feature — absolutely beautiful and accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, with everything you need within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was amazing- near 3 tube stops, one block from Oxford street, the neighbor building was a food hall open late. Lots of action, but the apartment was quiet. The fish and chips place had an agreement with the owner to prioritize our order, saved. Half an hour.
