great location friendly staff spacious
we had a few issues with the hot water resulting in no hot water for 3 days. staff tried hard to fix and eventually we got hot water. tv in the bedroom didn't work

إقامتنا كانت ممتازة جدًا للعائلة، خصوصًا مع الأطفال. المكان هادئ وآمن ومريح، وهذا أهم شي بالنسبة لنا. الموقع مميز وقريب جدًا من شارع أكسفورد، وكل المحلات والمطاعم والخدمات حوله. الشقة نظيفة ومرتبة والمساحة مناسبة للعائلة، والتعامل كان راقي وسريع. تجربة جميلة وننصح فيه للعوائل وبنكررها إن شاء الله . We had an excellent family stay, especially with children. The place was very safe, quiet, and comfortable, which was extremely important for us as a family. The location is outstanding, very close to Oxford Street, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for a family. The team was professional and responsive. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it for families with children

De locatie was super! En we konden onze bagage de laatste dag wat langer laten staan. Dat was fijn.
We hadden voor 5 personen geboekt, maar er waren maar 4 bedden opgemaakt. De 5e moesten we zelf maar even doen. Daarnaast was er maar 1 bed en de andere bedden waren slaapbanken van slechte kwaliteit. Ook waren er maar 4 stoelen aan de eettafel, onvoldoende uitrusting in de keuken. Pas na 2 dagen en meerdere appjes is dit aangevuld.
