Estatesmen Mayfair Apartment

The apartment was in excellent condition, very clean, spacious, warm and fully furnished with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, perfectly positioned between Mayfair and Oxford Street, making it very convenient for exploring central London. I also really appreciated the bathroom facilities, including the availability of water for personal hygiene (bidet jug) , which is particularly convenient for Muslim guests. The bed was very comfortable, and the living and seating areas were spacious and relaxing. What really made the experience stand out was the hospitality. The host was extremely friendly, cooperative and flexible. I was able to check in early and check out late, and they kindly looked after our luggage as well. Overall, a very comfortable stay in an excellent central London location with outstanding hospitality.

we had a few issues with the hot water resulting in no hot water for 3 days. staff tried hard to fix and eventually we got hot water. tv in the bedroom didn't work

De locatie was super! En we konden onze bagage de laatste dag wat langer laten staan. Dat was fijn.

We hadden voor 5 personen geboekt, maar er waren maar 4 bedden opgemaakt. De 5e moesten we zelf maar even doen. Daarnaast was er maar 1 bed en de andere bedden waren slaapbanken van slechte kwaliteit. Ook waren er maar 4 stoelen aan de eettafel, onvoldoende uitrusting in de keuken. Pas na 2 dagen en meerdere appjes is dit aangevuld.
