Exclusive Two-Bed Flat on Iconic Park Lane PL15A

The location is great, the equipment is excellent, and the apartment is comfortable, with lots of space.

There was no terrace, although mentioned in Booking.com. The apartment does not correspond to the photos shown in Booking. The view is to a Mini car stand, with incredible flashing lights running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which are not blocked by the curtain shades. There isn’t any user’s manual for equipment or garbage and recyclable waste disposal. There is a TV set, but no channels available. Bath towels are ridiculously small. No cleaning for a 7 night stay, though we pay a cleaning fee of 100 GBP. No luggage storage, before checking in or after check out.

The location is great

The staff isn't very nice, flexible or understanding. There is no information on how things work and I had to ask for the internet I fo and had to send them a screenshot of which networks I saw. Twice. The sockets in the bedrooms had no electricity so I had to contact them again and they told me to find the fuse box and fix it. We had no hand towels anywhere and the soap dispenser was empty. When I told them of all of this my messages were ignored. They dont care about their guests experience at all. The price is way too expensive for what you get. I can not recommend this place.
