2 BDR Mayfair & selfridges LUX PAD

Location was excellent. It was also light and bright with a good amount of room for Mayfair.

One of the bathroom doors did not close properly.

Location is 10/10, prefect for getting around and shopping. We mainly used the buses to get around and there were multiple bus stops around us to catch numerous buses. Shopping was a breeze with Selfridges just around the corner and Marks & Spencer on the opposite corner to Selfridges.

The furniture was tired, old and needed a deep clean, same with the carpet. Some windows don't open and the kitchen window won't stay open. Walk in the front door and the place smelt, the kitchen cupboards had mildew and smell mouldy. The hall cupboard and bedroom wardrobes were stuffed full of owner's junk. Flooring in dining room is old timber that has lifted and cracks when walked upon. I would consider it hazardous. Curtains have draw strings that are old and mostly don't work.
