El barrio es muy bonito y con restaurantes cercanos.
Tienes 2 estaciones de metro muy cerca y también puedes ir andando a Shibuya en 20min, la cocina está bien equipada para lo justo y la lavadora es excelente. Eso sí, todo muy pequeño, pero es lo normal en Tokyo
Si eres sensible a los ruidos este no es el lugar para ti, no está insonorizado, se escuchan todos lo carros pasar por la vía principal y al parecer hay algún karaoke cerca también.

東京に滞在する場合にこれ以上に素晴しいロケーションはありません。
最高のロケーション。
広尾の駅からすぐ近いので、地下鉄や都バスの利用は重要です。
ホストは管理会社の男性でしたが、非常に一生懸命に動いてくれました。
恐らくオーナーはあまり慣れていないのだと思いますが、管理会社の男性の献身的な動きには感動します。
立地条件が良いだけに、オーナーが求めれば最高級の宿泊施設に成長するポテンシャルは充分にあります。
今後の成長に期待しています。
日本でも有数の最高のロケーションであることから想像する完璧な宿泊施設というイメージはすぐに忘れられます。
完璧なロケーショに存在する間違い探しのような宿泊施設です。
この間違い探しを楽しめるか、可愛いと思えるか、こうした借り手側の寛容性も重要でしょう。
ですから、借り手側が「かわいい～」と言ったとしても、それは本当に可愛いのかそれとも「面白いね」「ユニークだね」という意味なのか、オーナー側に汲み取る力が必要だと思います。
