Hotel Casa Vivaldi

Goed hotel. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en de meesten spreken goed Engels. We hebben een leuke tour geboekt via het hotel, voor een betere prijs dan we online konden vinden. Het bed ligt lekker en je hebt een grote tv op de kamer. Er is onbeperkt drinkwater beschikbaar. Het zwembad is ook fijn om in af te koelen na een hete dag. Het hotel ligt op een goede locatie, met restaurants, winkels en cafés op loopafstand.

Alleen de waterdruk in de douche was niet zo sterk, maar alsnog goed te doen.

L'emplacement (nombreux établissrments pour boire et manger à moins de 10 minutes à pieds). L'accueil aux petits soins et les conseils. La belle décoration. La taille des chambres. La dimension humaine des lieux. Le calme de la terrasse avec piscine.

Rien. Ce sera encore mieux lorsque le petit déjeuner sera possible.

It’s a beautiful hotel, with an A+ staff consistently keeping the facilities so clean. The team was extremely helpful and made our stay awesome, with the ladies at reception always helping us get to where we needed to go and offering their best local recommendations. It’s close to everything but feels like you’re in a local neighbourhood. We were upgraded to a large room. It’s so spacious, AC was crisp (for Merida heat!), pillows were super fluffy and the bed sleeps firm. Also, the coffee maker and coffee was a really great start to the morning. The hotel is so new, and they just rolled out their breakfast at the end of our stay and it was great: made-to-order eggs, fresh fruit, cereal, toast, yogurt, coffee and orange juice. The pool area on the second floor was great for an evening dip, and that bar area is just getting off the ground. Definitely recommend and will come back soon!

Sehr hübsche Unterkunft und sehr nettes Personal. Wenn die Bauarbeiten mal abgeschlossen sind, ist es ein kleines Juwel.

Die Baustelle, viel Staub und Dreck überall. Arbeiten auch abends, aber man hat dann aufgehört zu arbeiten, als wir darum gebeten haben. Das Personal hat versucht, den Dreck und Lärm in Grenzen zu halten.
