    Located in the end of the Paseo Montejo a little bit away where all the fun is happening. Not a problem if you don't mind to walk 15 min or take a taxi for 10 minutes.

    The hotel was clean, staff were nice, and whilst we felt it was a bit dated, it seemed to be well maintained and in a great location just at the end of Paseo de Montejo. The only downsides were that there was an overpowering ‘flowery’ smell in the lobby (it really smelled like a cheap perfume!) and there was no air conditioning in the hallways until you get to your room. Either way, I’ll still recommend this hotel for a short stay in Merida if you want to stay in a nice area close to downtown.
