Vista Residence Genting Highlands by QHome

Standard 3 bedroom home stay which cater up to 8pax.

During booking the site didn’t not include security deposit and it was requested on the stay day. Deposit is fine but it would be great if they can stated it upfront or reach out early so arrangement can be made. Futons provided not in a good condition (torn n sponge came out) no covers were provided for the futons. (Note- we are got accused to damaging but it was damaged even before we got there) Biggest concern was the kitchen. I have list of things to state: - utensils are covered in some slimy oily stuff - water kettle burn inside - air fryer was not working properly and hob not functioning as well (note: prior to the visit I have contact the agent to confirm if the items in the kitchen is working condition - ignored) - no battery in the fan remotes we had to replace to turn it on No proper response from the agent as well. Can be more hospitable.
