Jessica was very responsive and she was able to be flexible regarding our arrival time, which was so appreciated. The location was ideal and the flat was very spacious. We were able to put our luggage in the flat and enjoy lunch at the friendly Italian restaurant just below while the cleaning staff finished tidying for our stay. Also really appreciated the multiple fans during the heat wave.
I don't think I've ever commented on furniture before, but the living room - while large - could use a coffee table and maybe one more chair to make it comfortable for three adults. And the en suite shower was a bit too small for anyone over 6". Jessica really made up for any shortcomings, though, and the flat really was just fine for our short stay.
