ACCESS TO APARTMENT- clear directions, videos, easy to use. TV AREA very nice and comfortable, lots of room. KITCHEN was great. I do appreciate the emergency cleaning response.

KITCHEN HAS NO MICROWAVE - for us, having one means speed/efficiency, as well as less to wash/declutter. BATHROOMS - NOT CLEAN - MOLD on floor, walls - unhealthy and nasty. Had to call for emergency cleaning. In the shower, there are no shelves or baskets to put your soap/razor, you HAVE to leave them on the MOLDY FLOOR.The SOAP dispenser/cup set had mold/dry soap. Bathrooms really take away from enjoying the nice place. Also, there are repetitive messages from the chatbot that are unecessary, but on a loop, and they keep forcing you to be vigilant of messages all the time. Keeps asking for check in when it's done days before, or to leave keys, when there is a code, I had to be mindful of their messages all the time in case there was a problem. A suggestion - my husband went to the bathroom upstairs, he is over 6 feet tall, and he cracked his head open with the sink handle cube - maybe a word of warning for tall people using the toilet upstairs. I do appreciate the emergency cleaning, though to be honest, the bathroom soured up my whole experience. Do mind the tiles where floor meets the wall - lots still there.
