-Dining Area: A cozy space to enjoy meals with a view, seating for four.
-Bathroom: Clean and modern with a shower, fresh towels, and toiletries provided.

You will have full access to your condo, direct access to the beach and condominium common areas such as Lobby, Terrace, Pool, Outdoor Shower, Kids Playground, Basketball Court, Laundry matt (though you have washer & Dryer in unit), and Mini Market.

Conveniently located on Isla Verde Ave, where you will find many of the local favorite hotspots and trendy restaurants, and the best beach!

Our prime location means you’ll be a few steps from the beach, and only a 5-minute drive from SJU Airport, 10 minutes from the buzzing Condado area, 15 minutes from the historic Old San Juan and just 45 minutes from Rio Grande and Fajardo home to award winning golf courses and resorts and the breathtaking El Yunque Rainforest.
Please note that our property is located on a tropical island where occasional power or water utility interruptions may occur due to environmental conditions and local infrastructure challenges. Owner was very responsive the apt is beautiful spacious clean bright modern. Right next to Royal Sonesta and El San Juan hotels, 24 hr pharmacy across the street. Beach has chairs and umbrellas to rent. Def recommend. Thx Ric!
