Modern 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home, fully remodeled and furnished, just 10 mins to Anna Maria Island. Located in a quiet area in West Bradenton, it features a private backyard with lounge chairs and BBQ. The living area has French doors to a covered patio. The dining room is perfect for family dinners. The spacious kitchen boasts upscale fixtures and stainless appliances, including a refrigerator with ice/water dispenser and granite counters. The master bedroom has a king bed; the other two have queens. Free Wi-Fi. Only 5 mins to IMG Academy. Pool heat optional ($190 for the first week, $20 each additional night).

At first glance, the house seemed wonderful. And there were many great things about it: it was close to Anna Maria Island, several beaches and many good restaurants. The house layout was very nice, kitchen was good. Pool and back yard very nice. But at closer look, the house is not in great shape and seriously needs updating. Like a coat of paint for instance. And it would be so easy to purchase new sets of sheets and towels, and it would go a LONG way to making this place much nicer! Also, a good deep cleaning would do wonders. Overall, we enjoyed the place and our vacation was exceptional and we would love to stay again if the place was tweaked.
