If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.
*PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly for one dog with a maximum weight of 25 pounds and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for the first week. There is a $50 fee per week for any additional weeks booked. Also, certain breeds are excluded. It is necessary that you check with our office prior to your trip for details on weight and breed limitations.

The pool was awesome. We really loved having a private pool. The bathrooms were also very nice. We also loved the location. It is a very nice quiet neighborhood. Close to everything.

The house was spotlessly clean. Very nicely appointed. Enjoyed the pool very much! I drove to the area beaches and out to Gulfport for a shelling tour. Very nice area, lots of things close by. I was able to bring my little dog along for company so I really liked the security of the back yard fence. Neighborhood was very clean and neat and very quiet. Felt very safe there. Everything went off without a hitch so no communication with the host was necessary.

Pool was not clean when we arrived. Host did not respond quickly, MOBI did after two days. no floats to use so we had to buy three and left them there. Only two lounge chairs for the pool. Grass around pool is sparse and weedy. Lighting in the house is poor, too dark. House is showing its age. I would not rent it again.
