Property was beautiful and convenient to Shopping and grocery stores. However, after 2 days at property guest room ceiling began leaking. Contacted Gulf Coast Rentals immediately and it took 2 weeks for the repairs to be made. During this time no communication to resolve this issue was made with Gulf Coast Rentals. After 2 weeks and unable to use the guest room, an industrial dehumidifier was brought in with hoses going into the guest bathroom sink. Contacted Gulf Coast Rentals to inquire about a partial refund since guest room was unusable and 3 days were spent inside while workers determined the cause of the leak and Gulf Coast Rentals avoided our calls. Lucy and team have not called us back after promising to discuss our problem. I will avoid dealing with Gulf Coast Rentals in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was appointed with all the amenities you could imagine and more. The Nieghbors were great. The staff at Gulf Coast Vacations went above and beyound to ensure our stay was pleasurable and it was. I highly recommend using them.
