It was a good stay overall. Pretty straightforward and close to every thing. You do have to do a few things in check out, like wash dishes, start laundry, take trash out. But it's all good.

Needed a place to stay on supper short notice and found a gem. Place is quiet, clean, pet friendly, and host is very responsive, excellent stay!!

Close to everything, clean safe and plenty of parking in driveway or street.And the decor was unique and outstanding!If you need to be close to downtown / stadium / anywhere in Jax area, I highly recommend.
