Welcome to Ritz Pointe Condo by AvantStay! Nestled in the highly desirable Monarch Beach community of Dana Point, this coastal retreat places you minutes from world-renowned beaches, scenic walking trails, golf, and the lively dining and shopping scenes of both Dana Point Harbor and Laguna Beach.
Inside, you’ll find a bright and inviting living space with plush seating around a fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day on the sand. The full kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and plenty of prep space for home-cooked meals, while the dining area seats up to 8 for group dinners.
Three sleeping spaces provide comfort and flexibility, including a serene primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bath, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Each of the two bathrooms offers a shower/tub combo for added convenience.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
