Yes, ocean was visible. No pool. I would leave more toilet paper and garbage bags.

We were up on the third floor. Beautiful views & a wonderful location, but climbing up & down 3 floors got to be a hassle. And as for an elevator it should have been made clear that it’s just a slow moving bucket that is just for basic stuff to go up & down. In the brochure it should have been made clear about this system. Also the host should have left instructions on how to use it. We reached after 5 pm & tweeting to figure out how to use it. It was a task in itself trying to get in touch with the host. And we had to take all the garbage out from the condo.

Property was in a great location with nice view. It is on a back corner so you kind of look caddy corner to the ocean & beach but still very good! We loved sitting on the balcony for hours in the morning sunshine. Great place to have your coffee and watch the sunrise. The condo smelled musty but we were there May 1-4 so maybe it had not had time to air out. Showers were good. The first night we had to call the emergency number due to the front door lock not locking from the outside. They sent a technician immediately and it was taken care of. Later on I found that the sliding glass door was unlocked and had been the whole time we were there, so I'm really not sure how secured it was initially. Location is perfect, close to other towns and attractions. Would stay there again!
