Arrive on FRIDAY with minimal traffic to this awesome Outer Banks beach vacation value! "Summer Reflections" is a great beach home situated between the highways in Kill Devil Hills. Comfortable bedding, cute decor and convenient location make this the perfect spot for your family vacation. This inviting beach home is located near family activities and of course the beach! You and the kids can take the short walk to the beach or you'll enjoy the Wright Brothers Memorial, local skateboard park, walking track, playground, shopping, restaurants, putt-putt and the movie theater right in your neighborhood!
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a swing set, covered carport, parking for 4 cars, large outside shower and changing area with sink, vanity and mirror! Utility room with full size refrigerator and laundry area with washer and dryer. Enjoy evenings outside with the family at a large picnic table (seating 12) with overhead fan and a second drop down table (on the utility room exterior wall).

The property was in a great location. The property was very updated and clean. The check in was painless with the keyless entry and code. All in all a wonderful vacation. One I hope to do again aoon

Very comfortable. Good location. Clean.
Missing some important items: scissors, extra pillows, left-over containers, towels (only one bath towel per person. Only one kitchen hand towel.) Fly swatter.

The major issue is with the decking. Weathered, loose, untreated wood with nails and screws sticking up that also gave splinters. Squeaky floors that disturbed people on the floor below. No recycle bin, so recycle materials had to be thrown away even though signage stated that recycle was highly recommended

My family of 4 was very comfortable! Nice and cozy house. Definitely would stat again! We enjoyed being so close to the beach.
