P.S Due to space restrictions during peak winter season(December 15 - April 15) the condo association asks that only one vehicle be used by guests. The vehicle is limited to 225 inches in length. On request I may be able acquire a second parking spot during non peak months .

The Mermaid Villa exceeded all our expectations! Location was perfect. Communication was stellar. The condo is just a short walk to the beach and within 5-10 minutes of several restaurants. We had an amazing week and would absolutely return!

The property is in a great location and the description provided is very accurate and you can see the beach from most of the rooms. The host was very communicative and responsive. The only con about the property is limited parking but we were able to figure it out without issue. I highly recommend this property for your next stay on Sanibel!!!
