Right on the water. Accommodations were very comfortable.
Our stay will be even better when the pool is open and construction is finished.

The owner has remodeled the property to be on a higher scale as far as decor and appliances. The beds are comfortable the furniture very nice and the kitchen well appointed. The location is perfect and the beach traffic minimal compared to the Bowman Beach and Lighthouse area.
In reviewing other properties this property was more expensive.

Fabulous location right on the beach. Very quiet.
Sheets didn’t fit the mattress. Lamp in main bedroom broken. Not enough pillowcases. Dripping faucet in main bathroom.

The view was very nice
The refrigerator was not working when we arrived. The condo was clean except the master bathroom’s shower had mildew around the fixtures and on some of the grout. This should not happen if the unit is cleaned correctly. We also discovered that our door code opened another unit on the floor above us, and our neighbors were told we all had the same entry code. That is extremely unsafe.
