The owner may not provide storage lockers and beach equipment. If equipment is left by previous guests, its quality or quantity may vary due to wear and tear from saltwater.
Smoking is not permitted

We had a wonderful time at Coquina Beach. The unit was very nice, the pool was great and our own walk out to the beach was handy. The only complaint we had were the beach chairs were way too flimsy.

Sanibel has been our regular winter escape for the last 15 years. 14 of those escapes have been in this complex (Coquina Beach) in 3 other units. This unit has perfect location, great view, well maintained and furnished. We reserved this unit for next year before we left for home.

Great location. Condo is well stocked with all your needs. Beach is a short walk from the condo. Pool was heated and very warm. Owner was helpful and gave wonderful suggestions about the area. Very pleased with this rental.
