HAS-03 - Vacation semi-detached house ideal for families with children HT - Naturerlebnisdorf

This wood-frame semi-detached house features three rooms with a living area of approximately 65 m² and can accommodate up to six people. The first floor features a spacious living and sleeping area with a sitting area, a separate dining area, satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher and microwave. This level is complemented by a storage room and a separate guest restroom. The attic level features two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The staircase is equipped with a child safety gate.

The house includes an additional, lockable storage room as well as a large, mostly covered terrace. A crib and a high chair are available.

Across the street in a central location, you’ll find a children’s playground, the community center with a sauna, and public parking spaces. Places to buy fresh bread rolls are within walking distance.

• Free admission to the nearby spring-fed Waldseebad

• In winter, the toboggan run is right outside the door

• Treat yourself to regional delicacies at the Rebentisch restaurant and enjoy special events such as barbecue evenings or the GDR buffet

• Early risers can have crispy rolls or fresh bread delivered from our mobile bakery on Tues. - Sat. from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. (except on Sundays and holidays) to have crispy rolls or fresh bread delivered by our mobile bakery

• Once a week, a butcher’s truck carrying regional specialties also stops at the vacation village, and for those looking for a quick bite, there’s a snack vending machine available around the clock

• You can park your car in the vacation village’s parking lot; there are two charging stations available for electric cars
