HAS-39 - Well-equipped vacation home with a south-facing terrace (HT) - Naturerlebnisdorf

This 3-bedroom vacation home, with approximately 66 m² of living space, features unique, upscale amenities and can accommodate up to six people. The first floor features a spacious living area with a cozy sitting area (leather double sofa bed), a separate dining area, and an open-concept kitchen. Amenities include an LCD satellite TV with Sky and the Disney Channel, a DVD player, a CD/stereo system, and a selection of DVDs, music CDs, books, and board games. Free Wi-Fi is available. The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave with grill function, and a Senseo coffee maker. There is also a guest restroom and a storage room.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two separate beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A hair dryer and a hair straightener are provided. A travel crib and a changing pad are available for small children. Both bedrooms feature blackout blinds, seating, a TV, and a CD/stereo system. A safe is also provided.

The south-facing terrace is largely covered and furnished with rattan furniture for six people, as well as sun loungers. An adjacent lawn offers additional space for relaxation. A lockable storage room offers space for additional items; a sled is available in the winter. A parking space is located on the property.

• In winter, the toboggan run is right outside the door

• Early risers can have fresh rolls or bread delivered by our mobile bakery Tue. – Sat. from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. (except Sundays and holidays)

• Once a week, a butcher’s truck carrying regional specialties stops at the vacation village, and for a quick bite any time of day, there’s a snack vending machine

• You can park your car in the vacation village’s parking lot; two charging stations are available for electric cars
