Substantial beautifully presented first floor apartment at the foot of the Eildon Hills in the heart of Melrose in the Scottish Borders, boasting a substantial livingroom with a dining table seating 8 guests comfortably, a master suite, a further 3 bedrooms, and a kitchen containing dining area.
The space
This is a substantial first floor apartment set in beautiful landscaped grounds within walking distance of Melrose town centre.
The apartment has four large doubles rooms containing king or super king sized beds. Bedroom 2 has three singles; Bedroom 3 has a double; Bedroom 4 has a super king size; Master Suite has a king and one single. There is a large ensuite bathroom off of the master suite and a further large bathroom for use by the other three bedrooms. Both contain double showers, wc, wash basins and deep double ended baths.
The kitchen contains all required amenities and dining area for 8 people.
The living room contains ample sofa seating for eight people and dining facilities for ten people. There is a 65” television with Netflix available, a PS3 with selection of games and DVDs. There is also a number of board games and a large selection of books.
The apartment boasts large windows in all rooms making the space bright and airy.
