Parking at the house, communal covered parking (extra). Supermarket 1.8 km, bus stop "vor der Türe" 5 m, railway station "Kirchberg" 2 km. Skisport facilities, ski rental, ski school, sled run 500 m. Nearby attractions: Kitzbühel 8.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hahnenkamm Kitzbühel 8.5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schwarzsee 8.5 km.
"Studio Taxacher", 1-room studio 31 m2. Modern and tasteful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, 1 double bed, dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Heating. Balcony or terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains.
